Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement applies to subscriptions, membership benefits, coins, and other paid features offered in Dovik. It is intended for users aged 18 and above.

By purchasing or using a membership, you agree to this Membership Agreement, the Dovik Terms of Use, and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.
Membership Services
Dovik membership may provide access to enhanced app features, premium app experiences, membership-only functions, or other benefits shown in the app at the time of purchase. Specific benefits may change as the app evolves.
Subscription and Renewal
Membership subscriptions are billed through the App Store. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, a subscription may renew automatically according to Apple’s rules and the plan selected by the user.
Cancellation
You may manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Free Trials and Promotions
If a free trial or promotional offer is available, the applicable terms will be displayed before purchase. When a trial ends, the subscription may convert to a paid plan unless cancelled in accordance with App Store rules.
Coins and In-App Value
Dovik may offer coins or other in-app value. Coins are for use within the app only, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may not be transferred outside the app unless expressly allowed by us.
Refunds
Payments and refund requests are handled by Apple. Users may request a refund through Apple’s official refund process, subject to Apple’s policies and applicable law.
Changes to Membership
We may update membership features, pricing, or availability from time to time. Any changes affecting active subscriptions will be handled according to App Store requirements and applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend access to membership features if required by law, App Store rules, misuse of the app, payment failure, or violation of the Terms of Use.
